I'm Claire, founder of
Mother Nurture Natal
specialising in pregnancy yoga,
postnatal yoga, labour & birth antenatal classes and birth & perinatal trauma resolution in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire.
I would love to support & empower you in your pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey with knowledge, tools and techniques through specially designed classes, workshops and specialist 1:1 sessions.
Motherhood is a huge transition for your mind & body - emotionally and physically and I know that support, nurture, knowledge and much needed space to heal and recover is essential.

I am mama to two energetic and beautiful children and I live here in Ashby with my husband. My passion for women’s health & wellbeing, supporting women during pregnancy & postnatal was driven by my own experiences.
My approach is warm, nurturing, non-judgmental and full of empathy and compassion - that’s what my clients say!

Since 2020, I have been a Champion for Make Birth Better - an organisation which helps to raise awareness and campaign to make birth, including the road before and the journey beyond, better for all.
As part of Derbyshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices I am actively involved in the NHS Perinatal Pelvic Health working group to shape and improve services for women in pregnancy and postnatally relating to pelvic health.

Essential antenatal nurture
Classes run on both a Monday & Thursday evening in Ashby
My classes are designed to support and nurture you both physically and emotionally - body and mind!
Suitable from 14 weeks to birth - after your NHS scan - join a community of mamas-to-be and experience the benefits of specially selected movements, breathing techniques, labour & birth prep, and relaxation practices along with specialist pelvic health knowledge to empower you in your journey.
I run classes in 6 week blocks - you can join anytime a space is available and continue as long as you wish to, right up to birth or when you feel comfortable to!
As well as offering weekly group classes, I also offer individual 1:1 sessions which are specifically designed for your body and your pregnancy. These can be a lovely way to alleviate specific concerns or if you are not able to make a weekly group class.

You don't need any experience or to be flexible or strong, I will guide and support you with compassion, knowledge and help you feel empowered.
These classes are unique in that they support you and your recovery from all types of birth with a strong focus on your wellbeing and navigating the many changes you may experience.
I believe that postpartum is forever so you are welcome here whatever stage you are at. This class has women from all different stages!
